By registering for a Player One Soccer program or service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.Registration reserves your player's place in the selected program or approved session once payment has been received.Player One Soccer reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaches, or programming when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.Player One Soccer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant's behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment for players or staff.

Participation in soccer training and related activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.By registering your player, you voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of your player and release Player One Soccer, its owners, coaches, employees, and volunteers from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that your player is participating at their own risk.

You certify that your player is physically able to participate in soccer activities.You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, or other relevant information that may affect your player's participation.In the event of an emergency, you authorize Player One Soccer to obtain emergency medical treatment for your player if you cannot be reached immediately. Any medical expenses remain the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Registration reserves your player's place in the selected program or approved session.Unless otherwise stated, missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or transfers.Refund requests resulting from injury, illness, or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Player One Soccer.Drop-in sessions are subject to availability and require approval before payment.

Player safety is our highest priority.Training sessions may be canceled, rescheduled, relocated, or moved indoors due to weather, field conditions, facility availability, or other circumstances affecting player safety.Whenever possible, Player One Soccer will communicate schedule changes as early as possible.If Player One Soccer cancels a session, an appropriate solution such as a make-up session, credit, or alternative arrangement may be provided at our discretion.

Player One Soccer may photograph or record training sessions for coaching, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.Media may be used on the Player One Soccer website, social media platforms, promotional materials, or other marketing content.Parents or legal guardians may decline media consent during registration or by notifying Player One Soccer in writing at any time.Declining media consent will not affect a player's participation.

Player One Soccer respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide.We may collect information including player names, parent or guardian names, contact information, emergency contacts, medical information relevant to participation, and payment information necessary to operate our programs.This information is used only for registration, communication, player safety, program administration, payment processing, and improving our services.Player One Soccer does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our services, process payments, or comply with applicable legal obligations.Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. Player One Soccer does not store full credit or debit card information.We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us.
